“Wow! Matt and Mikaela Webber did it again!
Matt and Mikaela have expertly guided us through the sale of two houses and the purchase of a third.
Recently we put our house on the market not really knowing what it should be priced at. After studying the area and current market, the Webber team suggested a price that seemed considerably higher than we were thinking or had estimated using online house estimates. Because they made all the right decisions with our previous sale and purchase we followed their advice! Oh my goodness, immediately at our open house we had numerous incredible offers and sold our home for well above asking price after a great market assessment. We had a 30 day escrow and Mikaela kept us on track throughout the process! The communication were forthcoming throughout the entire escrow period with no surprises and completely at step with us through the process.

“Our family met Mikaela coincidentally two years ago as she was showing a listings for one of her colleagues. We casually exchanged info and met with her at a later date and laid out our plan of selling our home and purchasing a larger home in the same community we currently live in. She was super informative and helpful. We also felt our family needed a little more time to prepare for this move if we were going to realistically do it right. Mikaela kept in touch with us for a whole year, never putting any stress or pressure on us to sign with her as a client.
